Job Summary:
The Analyst – Plan Document is responsible for supporting new client onboarding by mapping plan provisions to the Empower Recordkeeping System and implementing client-requested updates to existing plans. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while maintaining strong communication with internal partners and clients

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret complex retirement plan documents to prepare accurate plan amendments, restatements, and related documentation per client and regulatory requirements
Map plan provisions accurately to Empower’s Recordkeeping System, ensuring compliance with plan design and client specifications
Coordinate with internal teams such as Plan Setup, Compliance, and Client Services to ensure seamless and timely plan onboarding and maintenance
Keep abreast of regulatory and compliance developments through continuous self-learning.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and continuous learning.
Stay updated on IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations impacting qualified retirement plans.
Acts as a key liaison between India and U.S. teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of process-specific queries with both upstream and downstream partners.
Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to co-create, evaluate, and validate effective solutions.
Demonstrates a strong solution-oriented mindset and works collaboratively to drive team success.
Maintains proactive communication and promptly addresses issues to prevent escalation and ensure smooth operations.
Background and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in any stream, Law Degree would be preferred but not mandatory
2-3 Years of experience in any financial domain. US retirement industry would be added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP) and compliance platforms (Relius, ASC, ftwilliam.com).

Strong control mindset with an aptitude to identify & assess operational risk issues
Should be a self-starter and carry a proactive & positive approach

Ability to multi-task and capable of delivering on multiple priorities

Possess good analytical skill

Physical Requirements
Standard office environment with extended computer use, concentration, problem-solving, and communication tasks.
