The primary responsibility of Consultant Transition Mgmt & PMO position is to work with operational leaders and Finance on headcount forecast projects for NA and India while ensuring the business is following current plan. Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures by trend forecasting and monitoring variances. This position also acts as a liaison to assist our partnership between NA and India to transition work and assists finance with presenting potential savings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Prepare and manage operations workforce dashboards (headcount reporting, CC/Budget/savings reporting etc)
  • Prepare and manage operations workforce recruitment dashboards
  • Prepare and manage dashboards and reports to large datasets/database
  • Prepare and manage adhoc projects & Deliver ad-hoc data requests based on the need
  • Able to extend support on Transitions and PMO
  • Follow the escalation protocol and timely act on escalations
  • Provides periodic status updates and adhoc status per the requests to Management
  • Works closely with the business teams and deliver optimal solutions and outputs
  • Should be able to prioritize the work based on the intensity and business priority
  • Coordinate with business teams to ensure that operational requirements are met
  • Must possess demonstrated project management skills including but not limited to excellent planning, time management, decision-making, presentation and organization skills


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6 - 9 years of hands-on working experience in Operations or Transitions/PMO
  • Graduate in B.Com or a Master's Degree in any discipline
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, and proficient in MS Excel
  • Hand on experience on data management & reporting
  • Overall understanding of US Retirement Industry and 401(k) plans
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with Senior Management stakeholders effectively
  • Self-starter and carry a proactive solution driven approach & Strategic collaboration mindset
