ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage service delivery practices focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Review, streamline and document existing HR operation processes in alignment with enterprise process and regional requirements.
  • Understand and ensure region processes align with corporate processes. Understanding data fields and business processes and how they align to corporate processes and new release updates, changes, modifications that are made.
  • Responsible for the management of the HR Operations team.
  • Assist leaders with changes within the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Oversee the process of background verification, onboarding of new hires and off boarding of separating employee.
  • Manage the process of issuing employment change letters and maintenance of employee personnel files and look for efficiencies and automation in processes.
  • Provide input on reporting and partners on report changes and reporting needs.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive and relevant experience including HR management and functional expertise in HR Operations
  • Compliance experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Workday, Service-Now, advanced knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
  • Attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask in a deadline driven atmosphere.
  • A troubleshooter able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience developing and executing HR strategy that aligns with business priorities.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
