Empower India IAM Development team is looking for an Sr. Business Analyst who can produce Requirements Documents for upcoming OIM Integration. He should be owning the project requirements right from its inception to delivery and provides support post go-live as and when required. Assists QA team for coming up with strong Test case suite to ensure no test escapes and guide/monitor test execution. Conduct defect triage meeting and ensure defects are resolved on time. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

•    5+ years of experience in identity and access management or a related field.
•    Conducts requirement gathering sessions, own quality assurance and control processes, review test cases, defect monitoring and participate in post go-live support.
•    Responsible for requirements and all relevant artefacts right from project initiation until go live.
•    Excellent communication and project administration skills.
•    Strong analytical skills.
•    Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Very well versed with IAM concepts and best practices.
•    Knowledge of IGA Environment, such as OIM, Workday, Active Directory, Open-Ldap etc.
•    Proficient in using spreadsheets and word processing software, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
•    Proficient in creating UML Diagrams well suited for the use cases.
•    Familiarity with database concepts and relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server.
•    Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• BE CS/CE/IT, B Tech CS/CE/IT, MCA
• Enthusiasm to work and learn in a team environment.
• Ability to work on a task independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in designing a system by working with other technical architects.
