Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, implementation, and execution of test plans and test cases. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for web and mobile applications.

• Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and best practices.

• Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to resolve issues.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

• Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide feedback from a QA perspective.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.

• Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
