As part of the Generative AI Platform engineering team, the Full Stack Engineer (India) is responsible for building and enhancing platform capabilities end-to-end. This includes developing front-end interfaces, back-end services, and integrating AI models as needed. Working closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure platform features.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Feature Development
  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end web solutions, including front-end and back-end components.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed AI functionalities into user-facing applications.
  • Drive solutions that leverage LLMs, RAG, and agentic architecture.
• Code Quality & Best Practices
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages/frameworks relevant to the platform (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React).
  • Perform code reviews and follow established development standards and security guidelines.
• Collaboration & Agile Delivery
  • Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with QA engineers to troubleshoot issues and ensure robust testing coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• 4+ years of professional software development experience in full stack roles.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (Python, Java Script, etc.).

Registrations/Licenses/Certifications

• None required; full stack developer certifications or cloud credentials a plus.

SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Normal Office Working Conditions: India-based office.
• May require occasional after-hours collaboration with global teams.
