Empower India Data and Reporting team is looking for a manager who manages a team of analysts or developers who facilitate business intelligence processes and procedures development and implementation.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating measurement systems for marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to understand campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. This role combines business understanding with technical skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead a team that is responsible for providing management with targeted, incisive and succinct dashboards, reports, and analysis that promote data-driven decisions
• Provide strategic input and support of the organization’s Business Intelligence roadmap implementation and continued evolution
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
• Identify opportunities for automation of tasks to reduce manual interventions and errors
• Identifying the current- and future-state business projects/processes
• Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations
• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
• Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional and non-functional specifications
• Responsible for up-skilling the team based on the project pipeline and year end performance reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9-14 years of experience working in business intelligence, analytics, data science or related experience; along with people management experience
• Expert knowledge on SAS, SQL, Tableau programing languages; and should be open to learning new technologies in analytics like AWS, R, DISCO and so forth.
• Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Reporting, with client facing and consulting expertise
• Experience in managing and leading a team.
• A performance-oriented, resourceful and competitive individual with a high sense of urgency
• Able to prioritize analytical requests in face with changing priorities and competing demands
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong aptitude for problem solving
• Extensive experience in report, dashboard, and scorecard design/implementation
• An individual of the highest integrity, whose professional and personal conduct reflects favorably upon the company
• Experience in marketing campaign measurement and campaign performance preferred
• Understanding of data-warehousing concepts and data architecture is a plus.
