As a Sr. Spec the main activity of the individual will be to support multiple products with different characteristics, including TRS Flex, HSA, self-directed brokerage (SDB), outside Retirement Income products and other products as assigned.  This position performs a wide variety of functional tasks including independently investigating and resolving issues, handling special projects as assigned and coordinating activities between internal departments and outside parties while minimizing risk to the Company and providing excellent customer service. Responsible for QC and assist the teams in queries. Monitors the mail box. Manages daily processes between FASCore and other investment providers and effectively uses available resources to independently resolve a variety of issues with all levels of clients and partners. Coordinates and administers service agreements with outside investment providers. Manages assigned investment/brokerage Conversions for all lines of business. Leads entire conversion process including participant and plan level quality control, reconciliation, proving clear timelines, frequent updates and serves as the contact for questions and issues. This may include contact with Plan Sponsors and/or contra brokerage firms. Manages assigned Distribution processes. Documents procedures for internal team members and other departments (Plan Services, Operations) as it relates to products supported. Assist in QC activity and give necessary inputs wherever required.
