Specialist in PEA team is responsible to set up and maintains the debited plan or participant fees, onetime fees, and ongoing fee/billing rules. Completes processing steps as documented within standard operating procedures. Research issues identified using the EASY system, working with case managers, relationship managers and others as needed. This includes making recommendations for corrective actions to resolve issues identified. Participates in adhoc projects within team as needed Escalate all issues promptly and effectively to supervisor Delivering superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills.
