The Facilities & Soft Services Mgr will be responsible in 3 key areas: facilities management, environmental, health and safety (EHS), and business continuity planning (BCP):

What you will do:

Facilities Management

Responsible for end-to-end oversight of all facilities-related operations, ensuring optimal service delivery, vendor performance, and employee satisfaction across soft services.

Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)

Responsible for ensuring workplace compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations as mandated by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and other relevant authorities. Ensures a safe, compliant, and sustainable work environment through proactive EHS planning, implementation, and monitoring. Certifications on Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Construction Safety and Health (COSH) training accredited by DOLE; and/or DENR-accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is an advantage.

Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

Manages the development and execution of business continuity strategies to minimize disruption during emergencies. The role ensures that the organization can respond effectively to disruptions while protecting critical business functions, employees, and assets.

What you will bring

• 5+ years of experience in General Services, specifically in the following areas: facilities management, environmental, health and safety (EHS), and business continuity planning (BCP)
• Experience in building operations and maintenance management
• Experience in overseeing 3rd party vendors (security, cleaning, utilities)
• Experience in space planning, renovations, and office logistics
• Ensure the organization’s full compliance with all applicable local and national EHS Laws , regulations, and internal standards
• Certification as a Safety Officer 3 (SO3) and Pollution Control Officer is preferred
• Experience in developing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and Emergency Response Procedures.
