The Senior Manager of Enablement Training, Licensing & Development leads trainers in supporting a variety of learning programs across the Empower Personal Wealth organization in the Philippines. This role identifies training needs and manages the contributions of the trainers to address those needs and creates and maintains strong partnerships with leaders across Empower. This role is critical to successfully hire, onboard, and license new associates to prepare for training and production in their new roles.
What you will do
Manage, evaluate, and develop a team of trainers across multiple locations; strategically leverage the training team across Personal Wealth training needs
Continuously evaluate needs of Empower Personal Wealth and partner with key stakeholders and leadership to support training programs
Coach trainers to improve skill sets and provide opportunities for ongoing development
Assist with the development of strategic training plans
Manage, support and coach representatives through FINRA licensing study programs to drive successful outcomes
Coordinate and support the fingerprinting process in partnership with Compliance and HR
Provide oversight of licensing exam scheduling to ensure all necessary exams are taken within expected timeline
Manage full onboarding experience for new hires, including systems access, security and technology access
What you will do
Bachelor’s degree in related field
7+ years of experience directly related to training and development
Knowledge of training methods, styles, and mature learning principles
Experience facilitating and conducting training sessions
Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills
FINRA Series 7 and 24 required within established timeframes
FINRA fingerprinting upon hire
