As a Wealth Management Client Success Advisor with Empower, you will spend your day focused on expanding the wallet share of Empower’s direct-to-consumer retail clients in the Wealth Management Client tier. This is a collaborative position wherein you will work closely with each client’s dedicated financial advisor to better understand the client’s needs, goals, and best approach to drive in additional assets under management. 

A successful Client Success Advisor will be able to handle large volume existing client outreach – conducting portfolio reviews, celebrating milestones (client anniversaries), follow up on client events, alongside other additions related calling campaigns. This Advisor will be able to balance sales and service to deliver valuable feedback to clients on their outside accounts in hopes of consolidating those assets to Empower while always delivering an exceptional client experience that deepens the existing relationship. This advisor will also be responsible for providing frequent and detailed feedback to the client’s dedicated financial advisor regarding client interactions. 

What you will do

  • End-to-end experience with all clients, coordination with the dedicated financial advisor for each client, and personalized portfolio recommendations/product positioning 
  • Analyze client dashboards to find opportunities to bring in additional assets
  • Work with advisors to develop strategies to outreach clients
  • Ongoing involvement with existing clients to pursue additional investment opportunities
  • Provide frequent and detailed client feedback to all members of the Wealth Management team

  • Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and collaborative
  • Experience with all aspects of retail investment sales, such as proactive outbound prospecting, suitability and information gathering, and product personalization
  • Ability to work primarily from a home office
  • Possess a Series 65 (or FINRA-approved equivalent) and a clean U4 record

Base Salary Range

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
