The Director, Data Analytics will report to the VP Performance & Insights and will shape key performance reporting, deep analysis, and insights focused on driving participant engagement and activation across Workplace Solutions. This role will partner closely with Advisory and Business Development to detect trends, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders to support informed, data-driven decisions that drive the business.
What you will do:
- This leader will move the organization beyond reporting toward forward-looking performance intelligence - highlighting emerging trends, unlocking growth opportunities, and proactively identifying risks.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance frameworks that align advisory, marketing, and product around shared outcomes.
- Uncover insights about product and clients through cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and user segmentation.
- Analyze marketing and customer acquisition data and deliver data-centric insights and solutions.
- Translate analysis into actionable results that guide strategy and day-to-day decision-making.
- Develop standardized dashboards and ad hoc reports to inform business decisions, with an emphasis on automation and scalability.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to improve KPIs.
- Use quantitative analysis and data visualization to communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with Data Engineering to improve data tracking and quality and support data warehouse improvements.
- Train, coach, and hire a growing team of analysts.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 6 to 12 years of business-focused reporting and analysis experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing and growing a team of analysts.
- Marketing analytics experience, including knowledge of online and offline channels, terminology, and marketing platforms.
- Experience working with Sales, Service, and Business Development.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and drive change across stages of the customer journey.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Experience developing and maintaining reports in Tableau or another data visualization tool.
- Experience analyzing A/B and multivariate results for campaign and engagement performance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, including the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and stay current on industry analytical trends.
What will set you apart:
- Working knowledge of R, Python, or another scripting language.
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Optimizely.
- Comfort with large data sets and interest in building data models for consumer behavior and business metrics.

Base Salary Range
$114,000.00 - $165,300.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
