As a Lead Analyst - Business Systems you will act independently under consultative direction. Formulate, define, and document mobile product objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify complex mobile applications that support the actuarial valuations and/or investments divisions. Prepare detailed specifications from which mobile products will be developed and maintained. 

What you will do:

  • Performs the formulation, definition, and documentation of application scope and objectives working closely with systems architecture, development and engineering teams.  
  • Works on highly complex systems/applications and prepares detailed specifications from which system/applications will be developed and maintained. 
  • Performs key portions of the system development lifecycle including gathering, documenting and analyzing requirements for highly complex, multi-platform applications. 
  • Maintains documentation, project tracking, and key stakeholder reporting metrics. 
  • Performs highly complex system/application testing to ensure delivery meets business and end-user expectations. 
  • Provides day to day support to existing applications and troubleshoots system/applications performance issues as they arise. 
  • Acts as the primary liaison between key business area and systems teams, and communicates project feasibility, status and issues to key stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with key functional stakeholders and team, to facilitate the creation of project plans in accordance with business ranked priorities. 

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 7 years of  experience working as a Business Analyst. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a mobile development team
  • High Collaborative team skills - as a trusted leader, leadership must be able to rely-upon this is a lead role providing oversight and guidance to team. 
  • Participates in leadership-initiated vendor engagement to aid in resolution of contract personnel issues. 
  • Ability to forge and maintain strong business partnerships.

Base Salary Range

$92,400.00 - $130,500.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
