Join us for an opportunity to shape the future of talent at a leading organization. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Development Consultant to lead and manage critical talent management initiatives, ensuring the organization develops and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic consultant and executor, driving programs that strengthen succession planning, strategic workforce planning, calibration, and the development of high-potential employees, in addition to other critical talent initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic foresight, program execution, and collaborative consulting.

What you will do

  • Oversee and manage aspects of the talent management process that may include goal setting, performance reviews, succession planning, talent calibration and senior level talent discussions.

  • Partner and communicate effectively with HRBPs, business leaders, and stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives.

  • Act as a thought leader in the talent space providing innovative solutions and influence over the organization's talent strategies that enable a future-ready workforce

  • Drive strategic workforce planning initiatives and develop career pathing frameworks to align talent development with organizational goals

  • Manage long term talent related projects and initiatives that require strong project management skills, collaboration and a bias for action, being proactive to flag issues before they become issues, ensuring alignment of key partners and stakeholders, and an ability to understand and communicate implications and make connections.

  • Utilize strong written communication developing guides, resources, and tools to be used by various audiences

  • Enhance and optimize Workday systems to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for end users, improving accessibility and functionality for talent-related processes.

  • Facilitate talent calibration discussions to ensure consistent evaluation of employee potential and readiness.

  • Evaluate and implement tools and resources to enhance talent development and assessment processes.

  • Leverage data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and provide insights on talent trends, pipeline health, and leadership readiness.

  • Regularly report on talent development metrics to key stakeholders and recommend data-driven improvements.

  • Assists in educating employees and leaders on the talent management process, resources, and systems

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 7+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related HR function.

  • Experience developing and leading talent management programs and processes with proven experience in succession planning, strategic workforce planning, talent calibration, and high-potential development programs.

  • Experience managing large scale cross functional projects involving multiple stakeholders

  • Proficiency in talent assessment tools and methodologies.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret talent data to inform decision-making.

  • Demonstrated success in interacting and influencing across all management levels

  • Ability to think strategically, to process and connect seemingly unrelated information, to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate information and draw conclusions and recommendations

  • Organized, self-motivated, flexible, creative, and motivated by working in a rapidly changing environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate, engage, and inspire others

  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Self-aware active learner who strives to be a part of an open development-oriented team

What will set you apart

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Workday, Service Now, Peakon, or other HR systems.

  • Certification in talent assessment or development tools (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, etc.).

Base Salary Range

$85,600.00 - $120,925.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
