As a Vice President, Financial Wellness and Benefits Marketing, you will lead how our financial wellness and benefits solutions show up in the market. You’ll connect enterprise strategy to clear positioning, strong go-to-market plans, and consistent execution that drives adoption and growth. Working across marketing, product, sales, and relationship teams, you’ll ensure our solutions are easy to understand and compelling for every audience.
What you will do
Lead integrated marketing strategies for benefits and financial wellness portfolios aligned to enterprise direction
Shape clear positioning that connects health, wealth, and advice solutions
Translate complex, regulated offerings into simple, human-centered narratives
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, messaging frameworks, and campaigns
Establish and track success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and growth
Guide consistent execution across launches, lifecycle marketing, and campaigns
Partner with sales to deliver effective enablement tools and materials
Simplify and standardize marketing collateral to improve clarity and impact
Use performance data and insights to optimize strategy and investment decisions
Lead, guide, and develop marketing leaders while setting clear priorities and goals
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus
10+ years of experience in marketing, product, sales, or related fields
Senior-level marketing leadership experience in financial services, benefits, healthcare, or similar industries
Experience leading portfolio-level or multi-solution marketing teams
Strong ability to turn strategy into clear, effective execution
Experience building integrated go-to-market strategies within enterprise environments
Strong prioritization, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to simplify complex and regulated offerings for diverse audiences
Clear communication and presentation skills across executive and partner groups
Experience working across matrixed organizations

Skilled at guiding teams through change and continuous improvement
Ability to influence across teams and align stakeholders toward shared outcomes

Base Salary Range
$159,400.00 - $231,100.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
