TheAnalyst Group Benefitswill own several processes to assist in delivering Canada Life renewals to the market, act as a liaison between the Canadian field offices and the client to investigate and gather information and complete specific assignments and specialized tasks and other various administrative duties with the aim of being an extension of a Canadian field office.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Develop a strong competency of Systems and Processes
  • Work Collaboratively with Canada Field offices and head office departments to deliver Canada Liferenewals to the market.
  • Act as a liaison between our Canada filed office and head Office departments to investigatemissing information.
  • Provide ither reporting support as needed to enhance client experience, contributing to an efficient and energized team.
  • Provide back up support to other position of the team as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-4 years’ experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail with an analytical approach
  • Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, salesforce, SharePoint and Adobe; aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and expectations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Effective communicator in the English language with a particular emphasis on written communication.
  • Respond promptly to requests, tact, courteous, and patient in all communications internally and externally
