Responsibilities:
•    Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of applications using AppDynamics, Splunk, and Thousand Eyes on a 24/7 basis
•    Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues related to application performance, network connectivity, and server infrastructure
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner, including during off-hours and weekends
•    Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for monitoring, alerting, and incident response
•    Perform routine system health checks and maintenance tasks, including during off-hours and weekends
•    Provide timely updates and status reports to management and stakeholders

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
•    At least 3 years of experience in a 24/7 NOC or IT operations role
•    Experience using AppDynamics, Splunk, and Thousand Eyes or similar tools for application performance monitoring, log analysis, and network monitoring
•    Knowledge of network protocols and server infrastructure
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , Onboard new capabilities and integrate into existing SOP.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively during off-hours and weekends
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including during off-hours and weekends.
•    Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AppDynamics Certified Associate, Splunk Certified User, and Thousand Eyes Certified Professional are a plus
Overall, a NOC Analyst with experience in 24/7 monitoring of AppDynamics, Splunk, and ThousandEyes should have a strong technical background and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to monitor and maintain the performance and availability of critical applications around the clock. Strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain SOPs for 24/7 monitoring and incident response are also important qualifications for this role.
