The primary responsibility of Consultant Transition Mgmt & PMO position is to work with operational leaders and Finance on headcount forecast projects for NA and India while ensuring the business is following current plan. Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures by trend forecasting and monitoring variances. This position also acts as a liaison to assist our partnership between NA and India to transition work and assists finance with presenting potential savings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work closely with Transition Consultants in creating transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Ensure transitions are carried out as planned and in timely manner and within budget.
  • Coordinate with legal/ISO/Risk/Compliance/Ops QA & audit and Transition oversight committee (TOC) for necessary approvals.
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure recruitment, technology, infrastructure, and operational requirements are met.
  • Conduct periodic governance meetings to keep all stakeholders updated with transition progress.
  • Understanding and implementing key controls during transition phase to avoid any contractual risks.
  • Must possess demonstrated project management skills including but not limited to excellent planning & execution, time management, decision-making, presentation & organizational skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in Operations or Transitions/PMO
  • Good knowledge of MS Office ( MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
  • Polished and professional verbal communication skills, experienced facilitator, and briefer.
  • Must possess demonstrated project management skills including but not limited to excellent planning, time management, decision-making, organization skills
  • Problem solving and decision-making abilities with ability to work with limited supervision.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6 - 9 years of hands-on working experience in Operations or Transitions/PMO
  • Graduate in B.Com or a Master's Degree in any discipline
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, and proficient in MS Excel
  • Hand on experience on data management & reporting
  • Overall understanding of US Retirement Industry and 401(k) plans
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with Senior Management stakeholders effectively
  • Self-starter and carry a proactive solution driven approach & Strategic collaboration mindset.
