The Engineer Quality role involves ensuring the highest standards of product quality through rigorous testing and
analysis. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting
inspections, and identifying areas for improvement. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality
issues and ensure compliance with industry standards. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work
in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to quickly comprehends project goals/requirements, identify gap/omissions and testingchallenges/impediments

• Expertise in scripting languages and logical implementations.

• Exposure to Security & Performance testing is preferred.

• Hands on experience in automation, frameworks and tools.

• Ability to drive automation initiative.

• Strong interpersonal skills, people management skills, with a proven ability to manage conflicts, increaseproductivity, hire and grow talent.

• Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and tounderstand business requirements
