About the Role:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience in the Retirement/ Financialdomain toworkmodernization of legacy applicationsand developing cloud nativeapplications. The ideal candidate is an expert in Java (preferably Java18 -21) andreact, with a proventrack recordin legacy system migration, cloud integration, and CI/CD automation. You will play a key role in re-architecting mission-critical systems to modern standards using AWS and industry-best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, andmaintainscalable full-stack applications using Java 21, React, and JavaScript.

  • Modernize legacy systems and migrate them to updated frameworks and architectures.

  • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions within the Retirement/Benefits domain.

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and manage deployments on AWS.

  • Utilize GitHub Copilot to enhancedevelopmentproductivity andmaintaincode quality.

  • Analyze andoptimizeapplication performance and scalability.

  • Maintain and query relational databases, primarily Oracle DB.

  • Track and manage project work using JIRA and follow Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of software development experience with strongproficiencyin Java (including Java 21) andReact.

  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Exposureto microservicesarchitecture and RESTful APIs.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle DB& Postgres DB, including performance tuning and complex SQL queries.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and source control using GitHub.

  • Cloud experience, preferably AWS, with knowledge of services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in the Retirement, Pension, or Financial Services domain.

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Education:

Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ora relatedfield.
