As a Specialist Client Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences by facilitating the transfer of assets (Inward & Outward), address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Primary responsibilities include but not limited toworking on all service and operational requests
  • from clients pertaining to Transfer of Assets, Account Maintenance and updates, Loan
  • Payoff/paydown and Returned Mails.
  • ·Contributes to the development of the team through their KPI’s by achieving the daily / weekly and monthly
  • volume targets.
  • ·Handle transaction entries, documentation, and record-keeping tasks
  • ·Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to.
  • ·Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow of operations & support seniors/leads during
  • the business needs.
  • ·Completing assigned responsibilities within timelines
  • ·Must interact with the business partners and key stakeholders in meeting operational challenges and
  • scheduled production activities.
  • ·Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize Service Requests based on inflow time
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • At least 1 year of experience in Banking/Financial Services/Operations.
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts and go extra mile per team requirements.
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for
  • further escalation where required.Attention to detail is a must.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Prior experience on Salesforce preferred
