As a Specialist Client Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences by facilitating the transfer of assets (Inward & Outward), address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Primary responsibilities include but not limited toworking on all service and operational requests
- from clients pertaining to Transfer of Assets, Account Maintenance and updates, Loan
- Payoff/paydown and Returned Mails.
- ·Contributes to the development of the team through their KPI’s by achieving the daily / weekly and monthly
- volume targets.
- ·Handle transaction entries, documentation, and record-keeping tasks
- ·Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to.
- ·Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow of operations & support seniors/leads during
- the business needs.
- ·Completing assigned responsibilities within timelines
- ·Must interact with the business partners and key stakeholders in meeting operational challenges and
- scheduled production activities.
- ·Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize Service Requests based on inflow time
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- •At least 1 year of experience in Banking/Financial Services/Operations.
- •Should be flexible to work in shifts and go extra mile per team requirements.
- •Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for
- further escalation where required.Attention to detail is a must.
- •Fluent in spoken and written English
- •Prior experience on Salesforce preferred
