This role is a key first point of contact for Empower clients and prospects in our new Boston Investor Center, offering a warm and welcoming experience while helping them navigate our digital tools and services. The Investor Experience Concierge will have a deep understanding of Empower’s dashboard, procedures, and client segmentation and will operate as a trusted professional for clients looking for guidance on navigating their financial needs.
The ideal candidates will be aself-directed, personable, proactive, tech savvy and highly knowledgeable professional.
This is an onsite position in our Boston-Federal Street location.
What You Will Do
Politely and confidently greet each client or prospect in the Investor Center, providing “white glove” service, ensuring clients have a favorable brand experience
Confidently speak to clients or prospects in individual or small group settings
Demo Empower’s tools including the dashboard in-person with clients and prospects
Provide accurate and timely guidance to in-person clients, with expert knowledge ofEmpower’s client experience journeys and procedures
Assist with aggregationandour planningtools, especially those that are unique to Empower participants and clients
Identify client segments and communication channels to ensure clients and prospects are directed appropriately, including setting appointments
Connect clients with specialists for assistance with complex needs that may not be addressed in office
Support clients in understanding Empower’s basic products and services. (including sign up for upcoming events/seminars)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Empower’s tools, procedures, and client service standards
Assist clients with the following types of activities: Address Change, Contact Information Change (phone, email), linking Bank Account, Password Resets / Web Deregistration, withdrawal Initiation, hardship initiation, loan initiation, deferral change without allocation change, loan, withdrawal status questions, statement requests etc.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Fingerprinting required: FINRA Series 63 required; Series 7 required
- Expert communicator verbally and in writing
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and effectively work in a matrixed organization
- Proven experience in a client-facing, operations or concierge-style role
- Deep familiarity with Empower’s dashboard and internal procedures
- Working knowledge of all Salesforce instances
- Ability to learn and be coached
- Ability to confidently explain financial tools and concepts clearly
- Willingness to work in an office location 5 days a week

Base Salary Range
$67,300.00 - $95,050.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
