  • Manage shareholder issues from initial inquiry through resolution, coordinating with internal partners as needed.
  • Conduct proactive outbound follow-up while maintaining established inbound service levels.

  • Maintain compliance with applicable FINRA and SEC regulatory requirements, company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while staying informed of evolving equity compensation and financial services requirements.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, ethical conduct, care, competence, and compassion in shareholder interactions.
  • Serve as a peer mentor and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
  • Adapt to changing business priorities and processes while maintaining consistent service and performance standards.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equity compensation, financial services, or a related field.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 registrations required.

  • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP®) credential beyond the required Level 1 qualification. ⚠ Inconsistency Note: The source lists “CEP” as preferred while CEP Level 1 is also required or required after hire. Clarify whether the preferred qualification means a higher CEP level or completed CEP certification at hire.
