Responsible for direct supervision of Fees & Billing and Mutual Fund Revenue associates in the Philippines. The Manager will oversee assigned staff and daily activities, ensuring maximum productivity, quality and time standard goals are achieved or exceeded. Manager is also responsible for accurate reporting, reconciliations, financials (including accuracy of all journal entries produced by the team), etc. related to the fund revenue process and fees and billing. Also responsible for hiring, training, development, coaching of all team members and ensuring all company, departmental and regulatory policies are being followed.

What you will do:
  • Performs duties inherent in a managerial role:
  • Conducts performance reviews, approves requests for vacation/ time off, interview, hire or dismiss personnel.
  • Trains, coaches, mentors and manages the work of direct reports.
  • Manage and load balance incoming service requests, emails and quality checking.
  • Prioritize and complete incoming requests in accordance with departmental, corporate and regulatory policiesand requirements.
  • Quality track subordinates work, maintain records, analyze and take corrective action to prevent future errors.
  • Monitor trends and report findings to management, accountable for meeting departmental standards.
  • Research/resolve unique, complex and/or escalated issues. Coordinating with the US counterparts.
  • Monitor reports (e.g., set up reports, error reports, billing reports, revenue share reports, etc) and facilitate orperform required corrections Liaison with internal and external customers on problem resolution includingtraining staff and internal customers on new products, new functionality, etc.
  • Champion policies and procedures are being followed for both functions.

What you will bring:
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or similar field
  • 6 years of relevant experience within the Financial Services industry required
  • FINRA Fingerprinting required
  • Intermediate or higher Excel skills
  • Experience with record keeping or mutual fund back office and accounting.
  • Strong supervisory, organization, communication, analytical and problem solving skills required.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Working with some supervision or guidance.
  • Will escalate or seek out guidance for very complex issues.
  • Financial risk and exposure if transactions are processed incorrectly and not identified in the QC review
