The Change Management Partner will drive enterprise-wide change by supporting department-led initiatives that impact the broader organization. In this role, you will partner closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to lead day-to-day change management efforts, helping teams prepare for, adopt, and sustain change. You will translate strategy into clear actions, align stakeholders, and keep momentum strong from planning through execution.
What you will do
Plan for Change (Get Started Phase)
Partner with the sponsor to lead the change assessment
Lead the development of the creation of the change strategy
Identify change implications
Manage Change (Align Phase)
Work with project management resources to align change management plan with program/project plan
Lead the creation of the initial stakeholder assessment
Validate stakeholder analysis with business leaders
Continually revise and update stakeholder assessment through lifecycle of project
Develop sponsorship plan with change sponsor and support sponsor activities
Facilitate the creation of the change story with change sponsor and project team
Lead the development of the communication strategy for the project
Identify risk and resistance and provide coaching to business leaders
Manage Change (Develop Phase) Develop communication plan
Oversee execution of communication plan, including providing updates to the plan and ensuring project awareness of the communication plan.
Assist in developing communications as needed.
Develop and ensure execution of stakeholder management activities and change plan
Provide coaching to business leaders, sponsors and project leaders on effective change management activities
Partner with training lead to develop audience analysis if training is required
Define and help administer change readiness assessments (user readiness/user support)
Partner with business sponsor to develop deployment strategies
Identify readiness risks and identify mitigation strategies
Reinforce Change – (Transition Phase & Sustain Phase)
Partner with business leaders to develop reinforcement plan
Implement corrective actions and celebrate success
Other
Participate in project team meetings (daily/weekly)
Participate in stakeholder, steering committee and sponsor meetings.
Provide weekly status reports to project team
Present in team meetings, leadership meetings, and town halls
What you will bring
3-5 years of dedicated change management experience
Prosci Certified Change Practitioner required
Critical thinking skills

What will set you apart
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
Financial Services industry experience preferred

Base Salary Range
$96,100.00 - $135,700.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
