What You Will Do
As the Senior Director of Performance Optimization, you will play a critical role in driving growth, efficiency, and strategic alignment across the organization. You’ll lead high-impact discovery initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide data-driven insights that shape key business decisions.
Identify Opportunities for Growth
Define high-priority business questions and lead efforts to uncover key levers for growth and operational excellence.Solve Complex Problems
Deconstruct complex challenges into actionable components. Lead small, agile teams in high-impact analyses that deliver measurable results.Influence Planning and Forecasting
Partner closely with Finance to build strategic models that support planning, budgeting, and scenario evaluation. Drive smarter decision-making through data-backed trade-off analysis.Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration
Engage with teams across the organization to map workflows, conduct stakeholder interviews, and test key assumptions in real time.Craft Insightful Communications
Develop clear, compelling presentations and documents for senior leadership that distill complex insights into strategic narratives.Lead Change and Execution
Align stakeholders around shared goals, champion your recommendations, and help drive their successful implementation.
What You Will Bring
A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or performance optimization (e.g., consulting or internal strategic roles).
Deep fluency with Excel and PowerPoint, enabling effective data analysis and presentation creation.
Strong capability in process mapping, conducting stakeholder interviews, and operational diagnostics.
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization.
Experience in partnering with Finance and executive leadership to inform enterprise-level strategy and investment.

Base Salary Range
$123,000.00 - $178,350.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
