As the Senior Director of Wealth Consolidation, you will serve as the primary face of Empower’s middle office wealth funding teams. This role drives strategic service hiring efforts in collaboration with our Philippines Leadership team and holds responsibility for delivering exceptional client funding support. You will interface with senior company leaders and lead U.S.-based funding teams to deliver white-glove service across wealth products. You will manage key performance metrics, lead cross-functional collaboration, and champion high service standards.

What you will do:

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly service metrics to ensure SLA adherence and funding targets are met

  • Lead hiring and headcount planning efforts in coordination with Philippines and U.S. leadership

  • Direct all U.S. Empower Personal Wealth funding teams and ensure superior service delivery and compliance

  • Partner with global stakeholders to align messaging, workflows, and operational enhancements

  • Support service excellence by owning survey scores, fraud mitigation, and process improvement initiatives

  • Serve as an escalation point for elevated client issues and ensure resolution through a closed-loop process

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Compliance, Advisory, and Optimization teams

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years of experience in people leadership, with proven success in a service-oriented setting

  • FINRA Series 6/26 required, Series 7/24 permitted

  • FINRA fingerprinting required

  • Expertise in wealth management operations, including money movement (ACATs, wires, ACH)

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills across client and internal audiences

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, including Salesforce

  • Thorough understanding of Empower’s product suite and internal policies and procedures

Base Salary Range

$125,400.00 - $181,875.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
