As Senior Manager of Treasury Operations, you'll lead a team responsible for the planning and execution of day-to-day Treasury activities, including managing the company’s daily cash position, identifying process improvements, and ensuring compliance and control of the company’s cash assets for the second-largest retirement plan provider in the US. You'll provide support of staff in the areas of training, direction and development. Additionally, you will partner with the Senior Director of Treasury Operations and the Corporate Treasurer to create the vision, strategy and standards by which the Treasury department provides value to the organization.
What you will do:
  • Manage team responsible for the daily cash forecast and global cash position reporting, and periodic AP/AR settlement process
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Treasury Management System (TMS); develop and document new procedures, and ensure adherence to new process
  • Identify opportunities and implement Treasury-related business process improvements in conjunction with TMS implementation and for other processes not impacted by TMS implementation
  • Monitor and supervise maintenance of bank accounts including signatories, existing account services, new account services, account closing and account migrations
  • Oversee exception processes for positive pay, HIDC check fraud, etc.
  • Prepare, review and maintain ICOFR compliance within the department; ensure proper controls exist over cash receipts, disbursements and general Treasury activities
  • Evaluate and recommend banking products, services and platforms to the Sr Director Treasury Operations and Treasurer, to enhance efficiencies, decrease costs, or reduce risk
What you will bring:
  • 10+ years of Treasury experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience required
  • Prior experience with a TMS implementation, ongoing enhancements/maintenance and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers and business partners
  • Strong analytical, financial and systems skills are required including advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
  • Knowledge of banking systems and experience with payments systems, wire and ACH templates
  • Ability to lead and manage

Base Salary Range

$101,600.00 - $143,525.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
