As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will help shape how Empower connects with consumers and grows our Personal Wealth business. You’ll turn research and insights into marketing that converts—developing programs and messaging that bring our story to life across every channel. Working across Product, Marketing, and Sales, you’ll position Empower as a trusted leader in wealth management and drive measurable growth through smart, data-informed strategy.
What you will do:
Define and deliver Empower’s go-to-market strategy and positioning for Empower Personal Wealth
Develop compelling creative, content, and campaigns that turn prospects into clients
Write and edit high-quality marketing content and collateral that drive engagement and conversion
Lead consumer insights work—craft briefs, synthesize qual/quant findings, and translate them into clear messaging and campaign strategy
Leverage AI tools and analytics to optimize content, targeting, and performance measurement
Collaborate with PR, content, and brand to create integrated storytelling across owned, earned, and paid channels
Partner with Advisory, Product, Engineering, and Performance Marketing to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution
Enable sales and advisors with communications that reflect client needs and conversion drivers
Manage creative agency relationships from insight-driven briefs through on-brand delivery
Monitor regulatory and market changes and update content and disclosures accordingly; guide materials through legal, compliance, and product reviews
What you will bring:
8+ years in B2C marketing, ideally in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or business
Strong grasp of digital marketing—including email, SMS, push, in-product messaging, and personalization
Proven ability to turn research and data into clear strategy and measurable results
Cross-functional collaborator who delivers unified customer experiences
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms and Microsoft 365; quick to learn new tools
Comfortable operating in regulated environments and shepherding reviews
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative; thrives in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to travel occasionally
What will set you apart:
Master’s degree in business or marketing
Experience using AI for content optimization or campaign automation
Deep understanding of investing, retirement, or financial planning audiences
Background managing creative and PR agencies
Track record of driving measurable growth through integrated marketing
Strategic thinker who balances creativity with analytical rigor

Base Salary Range
$103,600.00 - $146,350.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
