The Vice President, Wealth Solutions Investor Services, is accountable for driving significant asset growth and scaling Empower’s Personal Wealth entry-tier business; under $250k investable assets. This leader will build a high-volume, talent-driven acquisition engine that consistently delivers on asset growth and revenue targets for clients. Success requires operationalizing lead flows, optimizing service levels, and aligning hiring and capacity planning with growth objectives. The VP partners closely with Finance, HR, Workplace, and Operations to ensure the business delivers predictable, repeatable, and accelerating asset growth, while also serving as the face of Empower Investor Services to prospects and referral partners.
What you will do
Asset Growth Leadership
Set and deliver on defined asset growth and net new AUM targets for the Investor Services segment
Build and refine a scalable client acquisition engine, integrating lead generation, prospect management, advisor workflows, and referral partnerships
Partner with Workplace Planning and Advice to convert plan participants into Investor Services clients, ensuring maximum AUS capture from introductions
Collaborate with Marketing and Product to shape campaigns and offerings that directly fuel asset growth outcomes
Operational Execution
Own capacity planning, service levels, and staffing models to sustain consistent, scalable growth
Manage and continuously refine the operating plan to close gaps and exceed financial model objectives
Implement AI-enabled tools to optimize prospect conversion, advisor efficiency, and client onboarding
Talent & Leadership
Create best-in-class hiring, onboarding, and coaching processes to ensure advisor productivity, sales excellence, service delivery and high retention
Partner with HR and Finance to align workforce development with growth capacity and budget goals
Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and inclusion across the team
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of leadership in direct-to-consumer financial services or wealth management
Demonstrated track record of delivering sustained asset growth in high-volume client acquisition models
Strong operational and financial management skills, with proven ability to meet and exceed AUM targets
FINRA registrations Series 7, 24, and 65 (or 66)
FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire

Base Salary Range
$180,000.00 - $230,000.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
