We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer who is passionate about Java, Spring Boot, API design, and has hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning to enhance real-world applications. You’ll build scalable backend systems, integrate intelligent features, and collaborate with global teams to deliver next-generation financial technology.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

Contribute to architecture and performance optimization across backend systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-impact features.

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Drive technical excellence and innovation within your domain.

What You’ll Bring

5–8 years of experience in backend software development.

Strong skills in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

Experience applying AI/ML concepts in production (model integration, inference APIs, NLP, or data pipelines).

Proven experience in building and maintaining APIs (REST/GraphQL).

Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS).

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).

Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and related DevOps tools.

Knowledge of security best practices in API and data handling.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
