This role will evaluate, identify and capture, respond to and report on Third Party Risk information. This role drives collaboration measures with other 1stline of defense and 2ndline of defense stakeholders to monitor and assess the effectiveness of Third-Party risk and controls. The role reports into the AVP, Global Procurement & Third-Party Risk.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborates with AVP on assigned initiatives related to capturing and reporting Third Party risks including but not limitedto data regarding Supplier Risk and Control Assessment (RCA), Supplier Due Diligence Questionnaires (DD), Risk Markers,

  • Supplier Contingency Planning.

  • Working with Contract Owners to help analyze risk and control matters that are identified through Third-Party Risk

  • Management processes. Identifying significant risks and helping to resolve through mitigation. Understanding ofsupporting due diligence documentation. i.e. SOC 1 / SOC 2 reports

  • Assist with identifying, assessing, reporting and mitigating risk associated with third party engagements both aggregatedand disaggregated.

  • Reporting on contract / supplier incident resolution.

  • Reporting on contract provisions acceptance.

  • Utilize their specialized expertise to provide guidance and coaching for effective Third-Party Risk oversight across the

  • Canadian Business Units and support Global initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University Degree

  • Experience with Risk Identification and Measurement, Risk Management, Monitoring and Oversight

  • Adding value to the enterprise while operating efficiently and effectively

  • Promoting a strong Third-Party Risk Culture

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare communications and interact effectively with senior levels ofmanagement.

  • Able to balance program effectiveness and customer service.

  • Very organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under time pressure without compromisingquality.

  • Preference for operating in an entrepreneurial environment with proven ability to be effective in a fast-paced, ambiguousand changing environment.

  • Self-starter, results oriented, and highly motivated.

  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills to work with and support members of the 1stand 2ndLOD, Third

  • Party Contract Owners, and Global Procurement Leads

  • Continuously contributing to the design and implementation of processes and or tools to improve third party riskidentification, data quality and monitoring outputs.

  • Demonstrated understanding of RCA, Supplier Due Diligence, KRIs, Scenario Analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to aggregate and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
