As Chief Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support for a C-level executive. This position requires consistent application of independent judgment utilizing exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, initiative, and relationship management. This position serves as a liaison to the senior executive regarding company programs, policies, procedures and assigned functions of the senior executive’s business segment.
What you will do:
- Provide direct administrative support to executives at a senior level to enable the executive’s achievement of duties and ensure the executive’s assigned function or business segment operates efficiently and smoothly
- Serve as first point of contact between function or business segment and external entities, prioritize inquiries and ensure information is disseminated to appropriate staff members for resolution or response
- Draft communications to a variety of audiences on behalf of the executive via various communication formats
- Work closely with executive to understand scheduling and issue priorities and ensure maximization of executive’s schedule and time
- Make all travel arrangements, including completion of travel preauthorization form, travel expense claims, and reconciliation
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, coordinating meeting logistics and any staff support
What you will bring:
- 8+ years’ experience in an administrative support function supporting VP level or above
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- High level of interpersonal skills and professionalism to be able to interact with all levels of executives, both internally and externally, as well as Board members
- Ability to interpret and administer policies and procedures sufficient to administer, discuss, resolve and explain them to others

Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
