As a Product Strategy Director, you will serve as a shared strategic resource across the entire Product Organization, acting as a central integrator and thought leader. This individual contributor role bridges long-term strategic vision with team-level execution by pushing broad product strategy down into product teams while simultaneously elevating emerging industry trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence up to senior leadership. The Director ensures organizational alignment with market shifts, client needs, and internal business objectives.
What you will do:
- Serve as a centralized partner across product teams to define and execute product strategy in alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and evolving trends in the financial services industry (e.g., wealth management, retirement solutions and financial wellness)
- Establish goals for product performance and profitability and monitor ongoing performance towards those goals. Maintain a deep understanding of the industry landscape, applying that knowledge to competitively position products, strike strategic partnerships, and vendors to supplement product capabilities
- Create high-quality, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly articulate product vision, strategy, product solutions, accomplishments and overall performance to senior management and executive stakeholders
- Distill complex financial data, regulatory considerations, and strategic insights into executive-ready visual narratives that drive alignment and decision-making
- Support strategic planning cycles, investment prioritization, and product portfolio management through structured frameworks and data-driven analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Technology—to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives
- Build and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring prioritization reflects customer needs, regulatory mandates, and business value
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for optimization
- Drive increased product adoption through analysis of qualitative and quantitative product success metrics
What you will bring:
- 8-10 years relevant financial services industry experience, with 5+ years product management or strategy experience
- Design and deliver polished, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that translate complex strategies, plans, and success stories into clear, executive-ready narratives
- Transform business and marketing insights into engaging visual stories that can be easily leveraged by senior leadership—ensuring consistency in formatting, layout, and branding
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience

Base Salary Range
$135,300.00 - $196,125.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
